Where can i get a license?

Question

Well i live in Melbourne and there is no option of getting any form of driving license, even probationary, until your 18 but I'm 17 and its driving me insane. Does anyone know where i can go, like just for a one off test, and get some form of license that would be accepted here?

you can only get a license in the state you live

You can only legally get licensed in the state you live and even if you go somewhere else, you have to switch it to where you live when you move
