Where can i get a list of local speed limits?

I live in Houston and would like to find out what the speed limit is on a certain stretch of freeway access road.

Contact your local police station, they will have a full list of limits on all roads in the area.

Mapquest it because sometimes you can see it on the map when you zoom in....
