Where can i get a machine to read an ORS(Optical Response Sheet)?

I want to conduct an objective test in my college. i wish to use the ORS. The one where one has to put circles for the correct answer (ex. in competitive exams IIT JEE etc) . but then i need a machine to read it and give me the results.

Anybody have an idea where i can get it. Or any info about the whole process.
