Where can i get a male alligator snapper and a pair of mata mata turtles?

i live in the Philippines.

i would like a male alligator snapper about 13-15 cm long (carapace measurement).

try theturtlesource.com they have a ton of turtles for a good price, however i am unsure if they will ship internationally. are you sure you're allowed to import animals like that? check your countries laws regarding turtles first :)
