Where can i get a motel style couch?

Hi, I was looking for a motel style of couch like the one in this link: http://www.economyinnplymouth.com/images/SuiteSofa1.jpg

I would'nt imagine a motel would sell you one, I don't know.

Anybody have any ideas?
