Where can i get a nail tech certificate online?

i want to take nail tech classes online and i want to have a class where i get the real certificate approved my the state of illinois....not a fake certificate

You can't.  You have to attend classes and earn so many hours of practice first.  There are no legitimate online classes for this.  It's mandated by the State Department of Regulation and Licensing.
