Have a look round a few markets?  Look on ebay?  Google 'hello kitty necklace' and surf around for a bit?

Try Hot Topic or Claire's. I saw a lot of Hello Kitty necklaces and things in there before and I'm pretty sure I saw something very similar in Claire's about two weeks ago. :D
