I have one like that only here's the cool thing: I went to an antique store, found a key and a chain and then got a few charms to put around it. It looks really cool and you can choose a key, charms, and a chain that fits your style and personality.

its a little pricer but betsey johnson had one of those at macy's on saturday and i lovedd it!

i ended up getting one with all stars but that one was cute.

If you want a good one that won't fall apart, go to a jewelery store. Don't waste your money on cheap things. Try a department store's jewelery section. Those should be reasonably priced.
