Where can i get a newspaper template format from?

Question

I need to get a newspaper template, for my school project and there will have to be a space to write my articles.It has to be four pages,and there has to be a space for everything just like a newspaper template.

If you have access to Quark Xpress you can build your own using your community paper as a guide. There are so many variables to page layout that any template you found would be virtually useless.
