You can buy one at most toy stores such as Toys R Us and at stores such as Walmart.  You can buy them on ebay.  They are just a game, no supernatural powers.  If you don't want to spend the money you can make one.  Here are a couple of links that explain how.

I was curious and well.....

My friend and I was playing and she asked it if it could turn her eyes black and her eyes glazed over and got darker and she told me I better start praying....and when I was finished and whatever it was was gone she told me that it was telling her to kill me and then herself.

Next(I didn't learn the first time) the same person and another friend and I were messing around with it and She had to ask the dumbest question of all....She asked,'when and how she was going to die'. Well a year later she rode out of town with a 'friend' to score some drugs and her "friend' drug her out of the car and slit her throat..just like the board said....we buried my friend 2 days before my birthday.

Ouijia Boards are very dark.  I bought my sister one for her birthday, and it took a while to work.  At first nothing happened, but after getting used to it, it started working.. When we would use the Ouijia Board, weird stuff would happen- pictures would fly off the wall, pillows would fall off the bed, and we would see stuff in our basement.  I dont know if you believe in that type of stuff, but thats what happened.  We ended up breaking it in hald, and throwing it out in the garbage.  

Some people believe that using the Ouijia Board can open dark portals to the "dark side".

Depending where you live, but i live in Canada.

They have Ouijia Board's at Spencers, including, old-fashioned, and glow-in-the-dark.  But those are $40.

I got mine for at Zellers.  You can find them in the gaming section, where all the board games are for 10$

but, it doesnt work very well.

i used it once and i said out loud that i would want to die from being high on hallucinogens. i asked the oujia board "how am i going to die?" it responded with the letter "hal" and i stopped. but it predicted some other things incorrectly

U can get them at a toys store, or the internet...ebay, etc etc...

also google it, and type in Ouiga board...

just be careful, those things are quite unpredictable, when I was younger, i use to play on those all the time, and one day it scared me, and I threw mine out, and broke it, the next morning, I went outside the ouija board was whole again...sooo long story short, I finally got rid of mine...but be carefull....
