Where can i get a property managers contract?

i will be managing somebodys residential homes, i want to sign a contract, where can i get a standard contract form?

Just google it, but be sure to get one for the state where you will be working.  Also you can just look for a book on this at the bookstore - they'll probably have one, but again make sure it is for the state you are in.

The real estate board, they are standard forms.    They should be free for you to download.
