Where can i get a small wall mount frame to hang my punching bag?

I have a 90cm by 30cm punching bag that weighs approx 30kg. Would the wall mount frame be suitable for hanging it, or should i get the celling one? The problem is, I'm not sure if my celling beam can support the weight of the bag, hence i was thinking of using a wall mount frame to hang it. Help please.

You should be fine if you are able to attach it to the center support beam of your structure; there should be plenty of support.

If not, a wall mount would work as long as you are able to get all anchors into wall studs; otherwise you risk it coming off the wall. Have you considered a self-standing support? No worries about it coming off the wall or out of the ceiling, and if you happen to knock it over, you can just stand it back up and get back to work!!
