Actually, I think I saw just a plain black tote bag like that (that shape) at Target.

If you just get a plain black tote bag, then you can go to a crafts store and buy the pink ribbon & the letters and sew/iron them on yourself and taadaa! The inside wouldn't be polka dotted, but you can probably take that to a store and get it tailored.

If not, maybe you can check at a small bouquet store or an island store at an expensive mall strip. I don't think you can find that at a normal store, probably order online or make yourself ]:
