  1. I've seen them under $500 new in the box at gun shows.  This is cheap for a Glock.  If that's still too stiff for you try the used gun market.

  2. Israel. Seriously, they sell for 200 American dollars there.

But more then likely you'll buy it locally, so it depends. You can't get them really cheap at a hunting chain store, so I recommend finding a small family (Yeah, you're like wtf?) gun/sport hunting store.

In my area we have a store called French Creek Outfitters where the Glock 17 is only $320, unless you go on "Glock Day!", when you get to spin the wheel to see if you get %20-%100 off your glock.

So just find a small family sport hunting store, because they are usually cheaper for pistols, but not rifles.

  3. Check the Shotgun News for ads with used police firearms, and work with a local FFL to see what is available on the market. Shop pawns and other outlets, rental gun ranges, etc. Ask for one for Christmas!

The very best deal is being there with the cash. Follow up all leads, avoid the suspicious ones - especially from a friend of a friend. Work with licensed reputable sellers. Gun shows may have a bargain - but they are usually bought up on Friday setup by other dealers. It might have a serious problem if you found it Saturday noon. Maybe the owner's german shepherd pup teethed on it.

Glocks can be had inexpensively, but it is a relative term. $300 + is a good target, but they won't be found for free.

  4. used at a gun show or pawn shop.

  5. Check out local gun shops and gunbroker.com

  6. a glock comes new at around 550  i know cause i just bought one....you could probably get a used one at a pawn shop for less you will just have to look around where you live and check prices
