Where can i get a vintage/victorian/vampire dress/costume at?

I think you could just look at pages for inspiration and check out local thrift stores for things you could adapt, and your cosrume would be truly one of a kind. They even have wigs sometimes, altho you may prefer to buy that on costume page because it exactly what you want and not "preworn." Use your imagination.
