Where can i get an aiptek camcorder?

i really need pics and websites i need help should i go with a egular camera or a camcorder i cant find an aiptek camcorder for under 85 dollars please help me

i bought one of those cheap aiptek camcorders and got really disappointed with aiptek. the video was terribly grainy especially in low light condition and the audio capture is a mess. a mobile phone with video recorder is even way better.
