Where can i get any software to tranfer analog vhs tapes to a digital file on my computer?

I am in the UK and i do not have a tv tuner card. if it fits my xp computer then i can take it off of my windows 98.

You need hardware, not software, to do this.

The easiest way is probably to use a DVD recorder hooked up to the VHS, and then grab the files from the DVD.

You must have both software and hardware.

I use my MiniDV Canon  camera and   to convert an analogue VHS signal to digital. Ulead VideoStudio 11 to capture, edit, and write it to HDD/CD/DVD. Off course you need the IEE1394/Firewire card in your computer.
