Well you could trapshoot on Christmas Eve if you are lucky enough to see santa fly over, orrrr you could go shoot one in Alaska, orrrrrrr some butchers have wildgame. The one here keeps Elk on hand but im not payin 14 dollars a lb for deer meat. I like beef better anyway. lol

you can get bison meat at wal-mart, dunno about carabou, go to alaska.
