  1. How about trying solar cooking? A solar cooker can be made from cardboard boxes! They work slow but quite well. Lunch would have to be started at breakfast time and cooking this way produces no pollution.


  2. You are unlikely to get an electric cooker from most charities because of the safety issues with second hand goods. Try Freecycle or other recycling outfits. Your local council might help.
