I''m gonna suggest Queen Street if you want variety. They're about $70.

If you really want it cheaper, maybe Winners will have them in stock.

If you don't mind that they're not Converse brand then you can probably go to any store that sells shoes: Payless, Walmart, Zellers.

Chinatown might have cheap but poor quality shoes.
