a card shop u can get good ones and some common ones cheap

chinatown, or go to china :) --> fake ones, if you get lucky ull get real ones.

Target would also work. then you get REAL pokemon cards, lol. I think they cost around $10 and under for a pack.

well you can get $1.00 ones from cheap chinese stores, but their fake.

The least you will pay in a shop for cards are about $4.00 and max would be $11.00, try ebay
