Stripper poles are like parachutes, when it comes down to buying one, cheaper is not better. Invest the money in a pole you know you can trust. You don't want to be in the middle of a flying invert and have it come down, breaking windows, hurting a friend or yourself. My pole is a removable x-pole and it cost me about $250, but it was well worth the expense!
