Where can i get cheap tie dye kits in granger?

No idea where granger is, but all you need to tie dye is some Rit dye, rubberbands & cotton fabric/cloth of your choice.  Bind the fabric tightly with the rubberbands.  Mix the dyes according to the directions on the package & dip the cloth into the die for the recommended length of time.  Remember that wherever the rubberbands are, you won't have color.  And if you don't wrap the bands tight enough, the color will seep under the bands & dye that fabric anyway.
