China Town is in Gerrard Street just off the Picadilly Circus end of Shaftesbury Avenue. There are a lot of the chinese restaurants... infact I've just got back from lunch at one :)

A lot of them do take-aways on request, although sometimes you won't get discounts if you takeaway. I recommend one of the following:

China China

Golden Dragon

Feng Shui Inn (cheap £3.90 lunch if you eat in)

Crispy Duck

TPK (very chinese however)

New Fook Lam

You've got to go to Chinatown in Soho - and they have little custard tarts in the bakery ...........!!!!

There's this absolutaly exellennt restaraunt in golders green. Its voted as the best chinese restraunt in london. Its near a toy shop. And it is not vegetarian.

Just about everywhere I would have thought.

I used to live in Tottenham and there where several places in the high street.

But then we had chinese restaurants in Somerset so I found the bagel bars far more exotic.

China town has to be the best place, I would recommend Yung's in Wardour Street, the best thing is they are open until very late 2-3am... Yummmmmmmmmmmy...
