Call your local dentist offices. The prices usually vary a little bit depeding on where you go. At my dentist office a temporary crown is $120, and they'll last you a while. And when you want a permanent crown, which all they do is make you one that is more form fitting and has a porcelain shell on it is about $600 dollars. And they take what you paid for the temporary out of the total cost of the permanent.

Try going to a clinic or a dental school. Most dentists will let you pay payments.
