cherrycoulture, they have verry cute eye makeup!! I got  eye liner off that website it's very pretty and it was only 50 cents! also E.l.f cosmetics all there things are 1 buck. Urben decay has cute eye makeup also!

don't go to a dollar store or a place like that cuz there eyeliner is usually old and probably not good for your skin go to a place like drug fair and look for a cheap one...they have all kinds

well i go to walmart but it is usally 4-5 dollars! prob. like an online store! you could get them for 99c or 1.00! idk hope this works

if you try superdrug there eye liner is cheap and is really good

or if you try ebay they do job lots so you can get for example 20 eyeliners for about 99p then postage is only around £1.00 for 20 its great

CVS is goood... walllmart...target... Sephora has really good ones... but they cost some money!!! hehe here are some really good ones 4 ya.
