Where can i get free and safe smileys?

i have heard that smiley central isn;t safe but im not sure. And everytime i want a smiley i have to download something or its and add-on. and my computer says it may be harmful and to not download it if i dont trust it. then how can i get smileys and be safe.

does your ISP messenger offer these if not switch to one that does Yahoo messenger offers one with voice and all the safe smileys you need
