You can get that with Microsoft Office Live Small Business, a free service to create your website - http://tinyurl.com/officeliveoffer . Currently, MS is offering a free domain name (i.e. yourdomain.com) for the first year. It has a free online web design tool that allows you to create web pages without coding.  You can upload your own HTML web pages if you do not want to use the design tool. Comes with 500mb.
