  1. i use limewire they have every song you can think of i love it

  2. There are a few websites out there that offer free legal music downloads.  Also be aware that many artists, usually newer artists, will offer one or two tracks on their website or label site to get interest for their new album.  You can also find some bands offering downloads on their myspace webpages.

    http://music.download.com/

    http://beemp3.com/

    http://www.mp3.com/free-music/

    http://www.goingware.com/tips/legal-down...

  3. Bearshare.com is were you could download free music i wont explain why but ive googled it and it is legal. so go to bearshare.com and download it free with free unlimited songs and vids

  4. First of all using bearshare or limewire to download copyrighted music or videos is not legal. I'm not telling you not to, its your choice running the risk of getting caught by the RIAA and getting you pants sued off.

You can try spiral frog for free music downloads but the download speed is slow and you have to watch ads while your music is downloaded.

The songs are DRM WMA and have to be refreshed after so many days by taking a survey in order to keep listening to them. It is great for discovering new music but to actually own your music you are going to have to pay for it. Also they do not work with Ipods or Itunes.

Unfortunately free and easy do not go together well when you are talking about downloading music. You can use limewire, frostwire, etc. but you can't download entire albums at once and your track's id3 tags will not all be the same since you are downloading many songs from many different people. You can batch edit  these songs with "mp3tag" but by then quick and "easy" is out the door.

A good option for cheap music ($0.27 per track) that is not drm burdened would be to try an Emusic subscription plan.
