if you go to www.mobile17.com

and have music on your computer, you can create an account (For Free!!) and create your own ringtones and have them sent to your phone via picture message, or email depending on your setting and phone.

also a hint, when you recieve the message (usually an hour later)

DO NOT OPEN IT, but rather forward it to yourself, therefore bypassing a charge for recieving a picture message from outside of your network.

i use this for all my ringtone needs :)
