if you go into a specialist shop, like may be somewhere that does herb medecine, or somewhere like to body shop, if you ask for a small free sample they usually say yes

I never had acne as a teen, but when I got pregnant with my second child my hormones changed, A LOT! And ever since then I’ve had acne. So, it's not just a teen problem at all. It’s awful!

Stress, hormones, lack of sleep, oils in your skin, sweat, dirt, some make-up, oily/ greasy and unhealthy foods, some hair care products (conditioners and styling products)… all of these things are major contributors.
