  1. There are a few shops in London and in London markets:

    German Deli Shop (http://www.germandeli.co.uk): Shops in EC1 and on Borough market

    Backhaus (www.backhaus.co.uk): Shop in Ham/Richmond

    Also, there is a mobile bratwurst shop on Portobello market, if you fancy your sausage all prepared and ready to eat :)
