Where can i get good price/quality mobile phones in bangalore?

I dont want without-bill-national-market type of phones. I heard there is a shop on double road that is good. However I dont know the name/exact location of the shop

I am looking for a phone with decent camera MP3 and radio and considering few models among Nokia, Sony Ericsson and Samsung
