when i loose my temper i blackout sorta and im not responsible for my actions..

  1. agree w/ above.. you're still responsible for your actions.  try looking into anger management.  sounds like you have an anger problem.


  2. You should discuss this with your doctor. He might then refer you to a psychologist or psychiatrist.  

  3. You are still responsible for your actions.  In some sense or another you will face the consequences.  It might be a lost relationship or broken furniture or you might end up in prison or just plan guilt for what you did.

    I suggest working with your doctor and treatment team to find a way to deal with the anger before it turns to rage and you black out.  There are techniques that work with this like identifying the triggers, warning signs, first symptoms, drop off point...  Ultimately, you are going to have to learn to deal with your anger (BEFORE it turns to rage) or it will control you.
