Where can i get information for "Japan Student Transfer?"?

Question

me && my friend (both 14 years old) would love to go to Japan over the summer (June-August). We would like to enroll in a local school during our stay.

& i believe that Japan has a year-around school system.

Does anyone happen to know a good website to learn more information about student transfer?

along with a good area to go to school.

my friend & i would like to be near the city, such as Tokyo, where most of the fun is. :D

Plus, any personal information regarding this would also help too.
