  1. Usually you can apply online with the green card lottery. Actually it's already closed for this year - sorry.

Please Note: There have been instances of fraudulent websites posing as official U.S. Government sites. Some companies posing as the U.S. Government have sought money in order to "complete" lottery entry forms. There is no charge to download and complete the Electronic Diversity Visa Entry Form. The Department of State notifies successful Diversity Visa applicants by letter, and NOT by email. To learn more see the Department of State Warning and the Federal Trade Commission Warning.

  2. Try usacitizen.info

  3. Before you can apply for a green card you need to get a visa allowing you to live and work in the USA. You will need a good degree or Master's as well as experience in your field before any US employer will think about sponsoring you for a visa. Since your profile says you are only 15 you can start working towards the future you want by working hard at school and getting a  place at University.

Even if you can afford to study in the US, a student visa won't get you a green card so you need to concentrate on having work skills that will make you employable here. There's no uick and easy way. The diversity lottery (AKA green card lottery) is not open to citizens of the UK but is open to Irish passport holders.

  5. Try the US Consulate.
