why is this in adoption?

Dont be "that guy" who pays for ripped pants.  I think abercrombie sells them for about 80-100 bucks. What suckers.   Tell your kid if he wears the ones he has long enough it will look like that.  Or to slice them w/ a box cutter and then wash them 4 times.

I don't buy my jeans with holes, because they're a lot more expensive than regular jeans. Instead, I make my own holes. I pour a little bit of nail polish remover on the spot where I want the hole, and then I use sandpaper to make the hole. The nail polish remover gives it that faded-effect.

what you could do is buy a pair of regular jeans, what ever style he likes, (ie..  baggy, carpenter, etc. ) and then use bleach, nail polish remover, scissors, cheese grater, etc. and then he can make his own design, on the pants, he can have the holes wherever he wants them and then the pants would be a ONE OF A KIND, and you wont have to pay Hundreds of dollars, on a couple of pairs that already have holes in them.

plus your son can have the chance to be creative.

otherwise you could always look at Abercrombie & Fitch, Holister, or American Eagle.

You're going to pay through the nose for essentially used jeans.  Nice.  A nice new pair of Levi's won't break the bank and will always be stylish.  Besides, your son can have the fun of breaking them in and getting holes in them himself.

you can "vintage" a pair of normal jeans yourself with a pair or scissors and a cheese grater
