The Gap (www.gap.com), Lucky Brand Jeans (www.luckybrandjeans.com), and good old Levis all make jeans in those sizes. You may have to buy them online through their site but they have them. Remember the length can always be hemmed at just about any Dry Cleaners. So if the shortest you can find is 30 or 32 that can easily be brought up a size or two for a more tailored fit.

go to a levi's store (not like a dept store that carries levis). or a levis outlet store.   Or you can try ebay.   your best bet is to check the brands online with their websites to see they carry your size.

Best  place   is   T K  MAXX  sold   for   4 quid   a  pair , and   their  quite  decent  ,  colour's  black, blue ,  and  faded  blue .
