find the video of his acceptance speech on youtube and copy the url. then go to vixy.net, paste the url into the box, select "mp3 (audio only)" from the drop down box and then click start.

then you can download the mp3 from there

If you're willing to do some work yourself, you could use the speech on YouTube and then convert the audio to MP3. There are tools available that will do this directly.

Or you can do this by playing the video on one device and having the audio captured on another. For example, have the speech play on one computer and then use a cable to link the headphone jack to the mic jack on another computer and record on the second computer using Windows Sound Recorder (start>accessories>entertainment>sound recorder). And there are other options along this same line.
