I don't think yahoo answers is a place for sarcasm and condescending answers to anyone who asks a question.  Just because this person has asked a question and hasn't given all the full details of the situation or condition they are in doesn't mean you have to answer them as if they are some of kind of idiot looking to buy street drugs or something.  

I mean, honestly, answering "Pharmacy".  How arrogant.

Depending on the kind of pain you are having, you should seek treatment from a Doctor that will specialize in treating you.  For example, if your back or knee is hurting that's probably something an Orthopedic Doctor could treat and investigate the cause and perhaps find ways for you to fix your pain issues.  It all depends on your pain source.  Everyone is an individual and  it's up to your Doctor to determine what is causing your pain.  Have  you ever been injured in a car accident?  Sometimes,  years after an injury, the pain will come back to haunt you if a bone didn't heal correctly or something like that.  

I would suggest going to your primary doctor asap or if you are really in pain so much you can't wait, go to the ER.  They will do tests and be able to refer you to the correct Doctor for your specific problem.  

I'm sure you weren't expecting such smart-as$ answers from other people and they should be ashamed.
