I would try eBay.  My father's hobby is restoring Vintage motorcycles and he gets all his parts online.  Whereas a  hyosung rx125 is in no way vintage cycle you still may get parts on ebay and in some cases they may be cheaper than motorcycle parts suppliers in Northern Ireland.  If that fails hit the yellow pages and do a few call arounds.
