Where can i get power of attorney paper online for free?

my mom is letting my 16 year old sister stay with me for the school year. i need to know where i can get power of attorney form so that i can get her in school and deal with all her needs.

I don't know about free, but there are some pretty cheap ones for $19.95.  Is a Power of Attorney what you really need?  A financial Power of Attorney is what you would use to handle a financial transaction with someone else's money or property (like for old people whose bills are managed by a child, or for someone who is out of the country but needs someone to sign off on the sale of a house, or something like that).
