Where can i get rid of old paint

along tome ago i had my house painted and the painters left all the waste paint here , so i would like to get rid of it but i dont want dump it just anywhere

Your city or county should offer a hazardous materials dump.  This is where you take paint, batteries, and other things the regular dump doesn't take.

If the paint is dry in the can, often times it can be thrown away in the regular trash, but if still wet, you will probably need to take it to the Hazardous waste dump.

Some cities offer a day during which you can dispose of items you can't just throw in the trash.  Call your city and ask if they sponsor such an event, or if they have a facility that accepts these items.
