  1. train yourself or go somewhere in the world were it is winter

  2. In the USA, men's and women's club teams train all summer and participate in exhibition matches and may even have 7's teams.  My club welcomes members of other teams that are in the area for the summer, or college students who are home for the summer to come train with us.  Also, many clubs have camps for all ages as a recruiting tool and to promote the sport.  I would look up men's and women's clubs in your area and contact an executive board member or coach.

Oops.  I just noticed you mentioned you were in a club.  Tell them to train!  Organize fun training sessions that will build basic skill level and keep up fitness!  Avoid playing touch rugby, that is worthless.

  3. If you are good enough, (and can afford it) you should consider playing in another country over your summer. Travel to NZ/Aust etc and play some club rugby. You'll likely get to learn far more that way.

    Cheers :)

  4. train yourself

  5. buy a xbox and practise ur technique on there, By rugby season u can almost be as gd as the springboks
