Where can i get scuba diving equitment and can i go scuba diving in a small town and how do i find the?

Dive shops will fill your tank. As a 2nd option, you may see where there is a medical oxygen company. They may be able to do it.

First, the tank is filled with plain old compressed air.  21% oxygen.  If your certified, it can be filled with Nitrox, usually 32% or 36% oxygen.

You can get SCUBA equipment at the same place you certified.  You are certified, right?

OK, safety first, ignore the well meaning lass above, diving below certain depths (and it is shallow) will result in oxygen toxicity and you will go into seizures and die!  it can be used as a deco gas, but only under very specific circumstances.  By your question, i can only assume that you are not certified, this is a problem.  If you don't know what you are doing, you can easily die from trying from several different causes, not just drowning.  No certified or licensed dive shop will ever sell you gear without seeing proof of training because they know that they will loose all certifications.  SCUBA diving is a great thing to do, one of the best things i have ever experienced.  The classes are rather short, and relatively inexpensive (once you get your first "open water" certification, you never loose it and can dive anywhere anytime for the rest of your life).  I encourage you to take lessons from a certified instructor, you will thank me.  Besides, dieing really sux!  Enjoy your new underwater life, its great!
