Go to a party store. You have to put a deposit down first. With the deposit, I think that it is around 60-70 bucks.

At your friendly local welding and gas supply retailer. Look in yellow pages under welding supplies. The prices of all welding gases are going way up just like gasoline. Call the nearest store for a quote.

From a party supply store - they are super easy to find.  You could rent a small one for about $30-40.

Not that hard to obtain, just a difficult find
