Where can i get swellow in diamond?

In pokemon diamond where can i get swellow i know you have to use pokeradar but wher can i find it

It's on Route 213 but you need a Poke Radar. You can get that after beating the elite 4

Another way to get it is @ pal park.Heres how it works.

1.Insert any of the following games"Ruby,Saphire,or Emerald pokemon in the GBA Slot of your DS.

2.Turn on your DS with Diamond or Pearl and go to the menu and choose Pokmon game(Whichever one you inserted)and choose the 6 pokemon you want to transfer to pal park.Beaware that when you transfer pokemon,you cant get them back.Then you can choose any of the pokemon from that game in the PC,if you have any pokemon in your party that you want to transfer,put them in the PC before you start.

3.It'll go back to where you prees start and go to the page and play.

4.Go to Pal Park and ask to play.Then when you enter you can go to different areas depending on the pokemon you sent.Like a Geodude would be in the mountains.Hope this helped!!
