In the issue of WWE magazine with Jeff Hardy on the cover he is the special guest editor, inside it talks about how mush effort goes into making a pair of wrestling boots, along with that jeff goes "I get my boots from so and so" i can't quite remember the name but look and see, i'm sure they have a website, thats where he gets his pants from too, so i wouldn't be surprised if they have that shirt as well.

Do you mean the spandex shirts he wrestles in? the ones he has with green and white sleeves too?

if so he probably gets them custom made. It looks like it's made out of some wet shine spandex.
