Where can i get the cheapest binders?

Question

Name one place that sells the cheapest binders. Cheapest price, not cheapest quality. And i'm looking for regular 3 ring binders not the zipper 5 star ones. thank you =D

Without question, you can find the least expensive binder at most local thrift stores. Before you cringe, you might want to keep in mind that zillions of people throw out brand new office supplies because they simply have too many. There have been several occasions in which I have discovered new office items that were virtually untouched. Typically, a new binder that would cost $4.00 at Office Depot will be .75 cents or under at your local thrift store.

Also, check your local paper for businesses that are going belly up. They usually will give away boxes of office supplies (which include binders) for a handful of dollars.  Craigslist.org may also have listings where people have cheap binders for sale.

Check out city and state "garage sales."  My own state has a warehouse full of office supplies, computers, desks, etc. that they sale to the public at Huge Discounts on a regular basis.

Finally, large corporations often throw out binders regularly. Sometimes, they do this because their staff will be finished with certain projects, seminars, and/or conferences.  You can do a little research and a little bit of phone calling. Your efforts might pay off.

The prices will change from week to week during August.  Get a Sunday newspaper and go through the ads.  You will find binders at one store and notebooks at another.  If you want the really good ones, most stores discount them after the third week in September.

Good for you, saving a few bucks...it's really mattering right now!
