Where can i get the name of the actual owners of the apartments ?

USHODAYA APTS survey No 33-70/1 S V Colony, R K PURAM -500056. can name of the legal owners of the FLAT NO 301, 104, 405 ,204,101,205,305,203 be provided to me . where i need to approach. there is a legal dispute . i am the owner of the flat 401 in the same apartments.

go to the nearest municipality office and apply for that

The recording district will have the name and address whom its titled to.

Municipalities, boroughs and Counties have public record of all properties.

Tax receipt.Corporation,Registry office,A search report from

the Dept. of land @ revenue.

call the treasurer of your county and ask whos paying the property taxes on the property you are questioning about.

if your aparment s were built by a society, then u can contact the secretary of the society. Other wise u can approach the municipality of your city. If the aprtments were build by a private contractor/company then please contact the office of the concerned company.
